Colleen is an Executive Creative Director at FleishmanHillard, leading creative for the Chicago office and collaborating across FH's global network. Drawing on 20+ years across iconic agencies DDB, Leo Burnett, Havas, and FCB, she harnesses that depth to craft ideas rooted in human truth and executed with craft that demands attention.

Her ethos is simple: great work comes from what's genuine. She's built her reputation on campaigns that shift culture and spark conversation from challenging systems of inequality to redefining how strength shows up in the world. Her work spans global brands across consumer goods, beauty, retail, and beyond.

Colleen’s work has been awarded and recognized by The One Show, LIA, The New York Festivals, PRSA Anvils, The Shorty Awards, Effies, SABRE’s, The Tellys, Reel Impact Film Festival and more. She's served on creative juries including Effies, LIA, Cannes Diversity Collective AYA Inclusion Awards, the SABRE Awards and she’s moderated at Cannes Inkwell Beach shaping industry dialogue on creativity and inclusion.
